We will provide all the ingredients and with the help of our chef we will guide you step by step to create a dish for your evening meal.

Ackee and Saltfish with fried dumplings

Ackee is a fruit that grows on the island with taste that is savoury rather than sweet. Mixed with salted cod brings out it's true flavour!

Curry Goat with breadfruit and vegetable

Goat is similar in taste to lamb but has a finer texture. We season this with a variety of Jamaican spices and cook until tender. This dish is a mouth watering mix of flavours complimented with roast breadfruit and homegrown vegetable.

Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas

Enjoy the spicy flavour of Jamaican Jerk seasoning. One the main spices used is pimento which grows in abundance on the property ans the reason we named the site Pimento Lodge. This is traditionally served with rice or' rice peas'.

Spanish River Tour (1 day excursion)

Journey further in the stunning countryside and see the REAL Jamaica.

Take a dip in the cool and refreshing waters of Spanish River

Picnic in the shade of the lush tropical greenery and laze away the rest of the afternoon learning the  age old craft of weaving.
